Session 4
This session prepares participants to contribute to International Language programs with confidence, inclusion, leadership, and professional awareness. Participants explore educational leadership, collaborative practice, anti-racism, equity, cultural responsiveness, support for learners with exceptionalities, and gender-inclusive practice, including 2SLGBTQ+ awareness. The session also addresses job readiness and career planning, helping participants strengthen their professional identity, workplace communication, application materials, interview preparation, and understanding of the responsibilities associated with International Language instruction.
